Together we’ll work on a plan for your personal yoga practice and address any areas of need.
Lessons will be completely focused on you. Yoga will calm the mind and sharpen the senses, so you will ready to go back into your daily life with fresh perspective and motivation.
Modern life can be fast-paced and often hectic. We will take the time to find balance and tend to the body and the mind, giving you some ‘me time’ and a little break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Private yoga sessions give you the opportunity to get the most out of your practice depending on your individual needs. Working closely together we’ll create a personal lesson plan to relax, renew and restore specific areas of your body and mind, to set your intentions and make your yoga practice work for you.
I recommend private sessions to anyone who is recovering from an injury and looking for a low-intensity way to increase strength, agility, flexibility and balance. Similarly, one-to-one sessions are ideal for anyone suffering emotionally or mentally and wishing to find an effective way to slow down, find balance and de-stress.
Private sessions are £40 per hour, with a discount when you book a course of 6 or more.
I can travel to your home, workplace or a venue of your choice and provide all the equipment you will need.
